BLUE CAVE VILLAS

Quietly Elevated Between Horizons

Blue Caves Villas rest in the most serene northern reaches of Zakynthos, just 30 km from the town and airport, and a short 2.5 km from the small harbor of Agios Nikolaos, where the island gently connects to Kefalonia. Set within over 40,000 square meters of private land, the villas lie just above the iconic Blue Caves, with Navagio, the Shipwreck, only a 20-minute journey by sea.

From this elevated vantage point, the views unfold in quiet grandeur; embracing the bays of Vasilikos and Alykes, and stretching beyond to the distant shores of the Peloponnese and Kefalonia. A carefully crafted stone path leads you down to the water’s edge, where the sea meets the striking Priest’s Cave, inviting moments of stillness in a setting shaped by nature and time.
