Booking Terms

• Minimum stay is 7 nights, unless there is a smaller gap between already existing reservations
• Check-in at 16:00, Check-out at 10:00
• 30% deposit (of the total cost) is required to confirm reservation (bank transfer or credit card)
• 40% of the full amount is payable within 4 weeks before the arrival date (bank transfer or credit card)
• 30% balance can be paid before or upon arrival
• For reservations made in less than 30 days before arrival the total payment is required
• The advanced payments are not refundable in case of cancelation.
